• Progress Pictures due every 2 weeks until the plan is complete
• Help planning meals if needed
• Recipe ideas
• Adjustments if needed but the whole plan will not be changed. Weekly changes to the entire plan at an additional cost!!!!
• If you do not complete the plan in it’s entirety, you will have to restart the program.
